By using TornadoLiveMap.com (the "Site"), operated by Digital Dynamics Kft. (Hungary, EU — the "Operator"), you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not an emergency-warning, alerting or life-safety service, and it must never be used as one. Official tornado and severe-weather warnings are issued exclusively by the National Weather Service and local authorities; rely on NOAA Weather Radio, Wireless Emergency Alerts, local sirens and local media for life-safety decisions.
All meteorological content is reproduced from public U.S. government sources (National Weather Service, NOAA Storm Prediction Center, NOAA GOES imagery) without modification. The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Data may be delayed, incomplete, erroneous or unavailable at any time, without notice.
The Site is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by NOAA, the National Weather Service, the Storm Prediction Center or any government agency. Agency names are used solely to identify the origin of the data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its owners and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages — including property damage, loss of profit or data — arising out of or in connection with the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Site is free of charge; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Site (zero).
The Operator may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time, without notice, and accepts no obligation to keep the Site or its data available, current or error-free.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Contact: info@digitaldynamics.hu.
The hurricane archive, outbreak replays, storm tracks, “damage corridors”, satellite and radar-change layers are approximations reconstructed from public data (e.g. NOAA HURDAT2 best tracks, NWS/SPC preliminary storm reports, archived radar, Copernicus Sentinel imagery, Wikidata). Linked report paths are schematic, not surveyed tornado tracks; satellite-derived change maps can show changes unrelated to storms. This content is not suitable as evidence for insurance, legal, engineering or property decisions — use official surveys and records for that.
U.S. government data (NOAA, NWS, SPC, NHC, USGS) is in the public domain. Satellite layers contain modified Copernicus Sentinel data (processed via the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem). The Site's design, code, texts, visualisations, compilations and derived datasets are protected by copyright and, where applicable, by the EU database right of the Operator; public source data remains free under its own licence. Search engines and AI assistants may crawl, index and quote the Site as permitted by our robots.txt. Without our prior written permission you may not systematically extract, mirror, re-publish or resell substantial parts of the Site or its datasets, or access the Site in a way that burdens or circumvents its normal operation (e.g. automated bulk downloading, masking automated access as human visitors). We may rate-limit or block such access. For data licensing, contact us.
If you send feedback or suggestions through the Site, you allow us to use them to improve the service without obligation or compensation. Please do not send personal data of others; see our Privacy notice for how feedback is processed.

All requests, complaints and notices must be sent in writing, by e-mail to info@digitaldynamics.hu. We do not provide support or case handling by telephone, social media or in person, and we do not offer a guaranteed response time except where the law requires one.
Data-protection requests (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) are answered within one month of receipt. Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by two further months, as permitted by Article 12(3) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation; we will inform you of any extension and the reasons within the first month. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity, and the period starts once we have it. Manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be refused or charged for (Article 12(5) GDPR).
Notices of allegedly illegal content under the EU Digital Services Act are reviewed in a timely, diligent and objective manner (Article 16 DSA). A notice should contain the exact URL, an explanation of why the content is considered illegal, your name and e-mail address (except for certain offences where the law allows anonymity), and a statement that the notice is made in good faith. Incomplete notices may not be actionable.
Other enquiries (feature requests, data questions, business proposals) are answered at our discretion; we are under no obligation to reply.
The Site is provided free of charge and without any contractual commitment to performance, availability, accuracy or support. Use of the Site does not create any agency, partnership, employment or service-level relationship, and no claim for a particular service level, data or feature can be derived from it.
To the extent permitted by law, the courts having jurisdiction for the Operator's registered seat in Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the Site. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts that have jurisdiction under mandatory consumer-protection law.
